Shipping Information
DLISPA Ltd. ships internationally to customers worldwide. Most orders are shipped directly from China, usually from Beijing, Dalian or Hong Kong, depending on stock availability and logistics requirements.

Shipping Carrier
We usually ship with Yanwen as our logistics partner. Depending on the destination country, the final delivery may be handled by a local postal service or delivery company.

Tracking Information
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Full tracking is available, and the shipment status can usually be checked through international tracking websites such as ParcelsApp or Ship24.

Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time to the European Union is usually 10 to 14 working days after shipment.

For other international destinations, delivery usually takes between 8 and 20 working days, depending on the destination country, customs processing and local delivery conditions.

EU Customers
For customers in the European Union, DLISPA usually ships orders with duties and VAT prepaid whenever possible. This helps avoid unexpected import charges upon delivery.

United States Customers
For customers in the United States, import duties are usually low or not applicable for many electronic devices. However, local customs rules and courier handling fees may still apply depending on the shipment and destination.

Customs and Import Processing
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection. In rare cases, customs processing can cause delays beyond our control. We always provide tracking information so customers can follow the shipment status.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, warehouse holds or return shipments.
