We DLISPA Ltd. ship directly from China (usually from Beijing or Hong Kong, depending on stock availability), using Yanwen as our logistics partner. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment at any time.

How long does delivery take?

– Within the EU: Approximately 10–14 working days
– Rest of the world: Typically 8–20 working days, depending on your location and customs.

Is this the original ET-312 or 2B?

No. Our devices are independently manufactured products designed to be compatible with many accessories used with the ET-312 and E-Stim 2B systems. They provide similar core functionality and are carefully tested for reliability and performance.

DLISPA products are not manufactured, affiliated with, or endorsed by the original brand owners of ET-312 or E-Stim Systems 2B.

Do I have to pay customs/VAT?

– For EU customers: No – all duties and VAT are prepaid (DDP).
– For customers outside the EU: Please check your local regulations. Normally, no VAT or customs duties apply.
