The MK-312BT started as a community project to redesign the ET-312B. It was retired several years ago. Based on PCB V1.4 and firmware f005, the Erostek MK-312BT / ET312B delivers outstanding performance and reliability.
Thanks to its built-in rechargeable high-capacity LiFePO4 battery (2.6Ah) and integrated BMS, the device offers up to 24 hours of runtime under full load. Charging takes only 4 to 5 hours. Larger output transformers ensure smoother stimulation at higher output levels and provide ample reserves.
The desktop case includes a convenient handle for easy setup and eliminates visible screws on the front panel.
High-Quality Build for Long-Term Durability
The Erostek MK-312BT / ET-312B features high-quality components designed for long-term durability. It includes three ALPS potentiometers and custom switch caps with clear markings and arrows.
You can use 18 built-in routines including wave, intense, random, and 3 audio modes. Additionally, up to 6 user-defined routines can be added using the original software. The device connects easily via USB FTDI link cable.
This allows you to load custom routines or remotely control the unit. Full stereo audio modes enable audio-based stimulation from mono and stereo sources, including SmartStim and Phaser waveforms. Simply connect the device to a headphone output using a stereo audio cable.
Advanced Features for Maximum Customization
The microphone input allows you to incorporate ambient sound, music, or voice into stimulation using any PC-compatible microphone.
The bright backlit LCD clearly displays the current mode and output levels for channels A and B, even in low-light environments. Multiple power settings provide three power ranges for finer control.
The MK-312BT offers a wide range of sensations with hands-free operation. The unique TriPhase output creates a third waveform between channels A and B, enabling more variation and creative electrode placement.
Advanced menus allow precise fine-tuning of all parameters. The MK-312BT is a fully compatible and refined version of the legendary ET-312B.

I’ve been using the MK-312BT for about two weeks now and I’m quite impressed. The stimulation feels very precise and cleaner than what I was used to with my old ET312.
One big plus is the built-in lithium battery – it lasts for several days without needing a recharge, unlike the old lead-acid battery in the original.
Build quality feels solid, all ports fit tightly and the dials respond very smoothly.
For the price, I’d honestly call this a hidden gem.

The MK-312BT really surprised me. I’ve had a few other models before, but none felt this comfortable and powerful at the same time. The programs are varied, the intensity can be adjusted very precisely, and even the design looks great.
I’d recommend it to anyone seriously getting into E-Stim. Really top.

No customs fees or import tax at all – just like it said on the website. Delivery to me took 12 days, which I thought was totally fine.
I already own the original ET312BT from Erostek, and now I got the MK-312BT. Honestly, I kinda like the new one even more.
Because of the built-in lithium battery it’s way more convenient and also lasts longer. The power is stronger too, probably due to the bigger transformers.
It also just feels nicer somehow – hard to describe, you really gotta try it yourself.
My buddy was so impressed he went and got one too. Really happy with this purchase!

I was a bit skeptical at first because I’m used to the original ET312, but I wanted to give the MK-312BT a try – and I wasn’t disappointed.
It feels well-designed, and the built-in battery is a clear improvement. Took me a moment to figure out the controls since the menu works a bit differently, but after that everything was fine.
One small thing: the case isn’t quite as heavy-duty as the original, but it’s lighter, easier to handle, and finally has a stand thanks to the handle!
All in all, a really solid device at a fair price.
Delivery came without any problems, I think after 13 days or so. I’m happy with it.
